Procedure

Add phase A to vessel with gentle agitation while heating to 45-50°C. Mix until uniform. With agitation, add phase B into phase A. Mix until homogeneous. With continued agitation, add phase C into phase A/B. When uniform, add phase D ingredients, individually, to phase A/B/C with gentle agitation.Mix between each addition.
